Reiki, as we know, is a Japanese term that means “life energy.” The Reiki promotes the belief that spiritual energy can be channeled through vocational teachers with the spirit of Reiki to heal the patient.
With its roots in ancient Tibet, Reiki is said to have rediscovered in 1914 by a Buddhist priest who was conceived Usui system, which was then introduced to the West in the 1930s. This system is still taught at the moment.
Basically, Reiki involves the concept of universal energy, like many other oriental healing arts. Reiki enthusiasts believe that teachers who are trained or suitable for other forms of technology can “give Reiki to yourself or others, thus increasing the sense of healing and deep relaxation.
